| | EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- September 15, 2009 -- Titanium Corporation Inc. (TSX-V: TIC), reports the grant to its President and CEO, Mr. Scott Nelson, of 300,000 incentive stock options pursuant to the company's stock option plan and in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The stock options were issued at an exercise price of $0.83 and have a five year term.
